Do you have a minimum charge?
Yes. The minimum charge is three hours. Even if our provider cleans for less than that time we will bill for three hours minimum.
What is your hourly rate?
We bill a simply hourly base rate, rounded up in 15 minute increments, for each type of service we offer with frequency discounts for regular recurring weekly or bi-weekly maintenance house cleaning services.
By default, our Customers provide the cleaning products such as multi-purpose cleaner, kitchen degreaser, stainless steel cleaner and floor cleaner, to name a few, but for a small product add-on fee our Professional House Cleaners will supply the house cleaning products. A discount applies to the product add-on for regular recurring weekly or bi-weekly maintenance house cleaning services.
Maintenance House Cleaning
Maintenance house cleaning base rate is $35/Hour.

- Bi-weekly Maintenance House Cleaning = $33.25/Hour (5% Discount)*

*The first cleaning of a regular recurring maintenance house cleaning service booking is at the undiscounted rate of $35/Hour & subsequent regular recurring cleanings are at the discounted rates noted above based on actual frequency of house cleaning visits.
**As-needed cleaning refers to the Customer booking house cleans regularly on as-needed bases based on our availability instead of at regular recurring set day and time.

Do You Supply The Cleaning Equipment?
Yes. Our Professional House Cleaners bring their own house cleaning equipment, such as a mop system & vacuum, for example.
However, we are always open to using yours if you have equipment that you know works great on your floors, etc. Please note that if reserve the right to not use your equipment for various reasons. If you ask us to use your equipment and we do then the Consumer accepts all liability for breakage of the equipment.
Do you accept cash or cheque?
No. Payment can be made by major credit card or Debit Visa only. We do not accept cash or cheque.
A hold will be placed on the provided card 48 hours before the booking to ensure there is enough balance to cover the estimated amount of the clean.
The hold may appear as a charge, depending on your financial institution, but is only a hold.
You will not be actually charged until after the clean is completed.
Your estimate is an estimate only and the actual amount charged, after the clean, will be based on the amount of GPS hours logged by our Professional House Cleaner (rounded up by 15 minute increments) times your hourly rate plus any applicable add-on fees, taxes and optional online tip.

Conditions:
There is a time limit of 24 hours from the scheduled start time of the booking to let us know there is an issue after which time the guarantee does not apply.
We will then call you to find out what tasks from the purchased checklist were missed or not cleaned to satisfaction in the rooms that our Professional House Cleaner were able to fully and successfully clean before his/her availability ran out. We’ll make a mutually agreeable list of deficient tasks.
We will then dispatch the Professional House Cleaner who performed the original clean, on his/her next available slot, to return and perform the deficient tasks. If the original Professional House Cleaner does not have any availability to return then we reserve the right to send a different provider based on our availability and at our sole discretion or to either refund an amount or credit an amount to your account with the amount being at our sole discretion. We will always look to reclean and only do a partial refund or credit when absolutely necessary and at our sole discretion.
The Customer must make the home available to do the guarantee work based on our availability.
The guarantee only applies to rooms that the Professional House Cleaner was able to fully and successfully complete and not any rooms that were left uncleaned due to the room not being made available when the provider was prepared to clean it based on his/her cleaning order which is at the providers sole discretion or any room that was left uncleaned or only partially cleaned due to the provider running out of availability or due to the room having excessive clutter.
Are your professional house cleaners bonded?
No. In fact, it is common in Canada for house cleaning companies to advertise that they are bonded & insured when they are either only insured or neither. If a cleaning company says they are bonded it would be advisable to ask to see the bond details as evidence.
We carry $5,000,000.00 of Commercial General Liability Insurance and each of our Providers is required to carry their own Commercial General Liability Insurance policy of $2,000,000.00.
Do you have insurance?

Can you send a female house cleaner?
it is our policy to not enter into discussion on dispatching based on gender as it is illegal in Canada to dispatch a worker based on gender, race, etc. From time to time, a potential customer does ask us to send a female or male only to which it is our policy to say:
“It is illegal for us to dispatch based on gender and will not be able to discuss that subject. Please note that, regardless of gender, all of our providers carry commercial general liability insurance, are expertly trained, heavily vetted and have provided a clear national police records check.”
How do estimates work?
To estimate how much it will potentially cost to clean a house we first estimate the amount of time it will take an average Professional House Cleaner to complete the particular service package in a particular size house and then add any time based add-ons chosen, such as an oven interior. We then multiply that time by the hourly rate and apply the frequency discount, if applicable. Here is an example:

Just an Estimate
By definition, the word estimate means an approximation and our estimates are only approximations with the actual amount charged, after the clean, based on the amount of GPS person hours logged by our Professional House Cleaner rounded up to the nearest 15 minute increment times the hourly rate plus an applicable non-time based add-on fees times any applicable discounts plus any applicable taxes and optional tip, if applicable.
Ultimately, it is impossible for anyone to determine the exact amount of time it will take to complete a clean, sight unseen, so we provide an estimate only. Even if a house is seen first it can be difficult to estimate the time. For example, two bathtubs may look like they are soiled exactly the same amount and one could take 15 minutes to come clean and another could take 45 minutes. Some things just can’t be estimated. They just have to be cleaned to know.
Another example, might be dust on the top of interior door trims. If the dust was recently and properly cleaned away then it can be dusted easily with a an extendable swiffer duster with one swipe. However, if the dust was not fully cleaned away recently and has built up and become full of moisture then it will matted then a stepping stool will be needed and it will have to be cleaned away with a spray and wipe, which takes longer. Neither would be seen with a walk through visit of the house beforehand unless we physically got on a stool and looked at the top of every door trim, which is not practical.
Of course, different Professional House Cleaners work at different speeds and other variables can effect how long it takes to clean a house. Just a few variables that affect how long it takes to clean a particular house include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Time between professional cleanings
- Density of the home’s furnishings
- Layout of the house
- Number of people living in the house
- The surface types in the home
- The cleaning tasks completed
- Geographical location of the house

What house cleaning products do I need to have on hand?
By default, the Customer supplies the cleaning products such as multi-purpose & toilet bowl cleaner, for example. However, we can supply the cleaning products for a small optional add-on fee. Regular recurring weekly and bi-weekly Customers get a discounted rate on this product add-on fee. Our Professional House Cleaners will being their own cleaning equipment, such as a mop system & vacuum.
If you do elect to provide your own cleaning products please note that if any of the products that our Provider needs to successfully complete their work are not provided or ran out then the Provider will use their own for that task, notify us and we will charge the full product add-on fee regardless of how much of the Providers product was used and if we used the Customer’s cleaning products for the rest of the clean.
Below is a list of some suggested cleaning products in case you decide to provide your own. Please note you are free to use whichever brand you like but the actual type of product itself must be on hand. For example, a kitchen degreaser or stainless steel cleaner if you have stainless steel appliances or ceramic cooktop cleaner if you have a ceramic cooktop. If you have a surface in your home that requires special cleaning product then the Customer is to supply it. An example, would be a special wood floor cleaner or a special marble countertop cleaner.

What are your hours of operation?
Our Providers set their own schedules so theoretically there could be a Provider are available 24/7/365. They are not bound by the normal Monday to Friday 9 to 5. Customer support will be moving to 24/7/365 in the coming months but currently it is from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday with limited support on evenings and weekends and only to Customers who have a booking.
